As a consultant psychotherapist with over 15 years of extensive experience in therapy and relationship coaching approaches, I am a relatable professional who is deeply committed to working with people’s strengths, resources, and capabilities. My qualifications include a Master’s Degree in ‘Family & Couple Psychotherapy’, and I have successfully assisted a diverse range of individuals facing various life challenges.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. In addition, I provide clinical supervision, coaching and training in therapeutic approaches. I have made valuable contributions in Social Care Settings, Youth Justice Services, the NHS, and the Charity Sector, contributing to my well rounded clinical background.
As a therapist, I recognise that the therapeutic process is collaborative, a shared journey between us. I engage actively with my clients, offering a listening ear whilst sharing my insights and experiences. My top priority is to establish a safe, non-judgmental space, guiding individuals through negative interaction cycles to foster more secure, attached, and less conflicted relationships.
My adaptable work style caters to the unique needs of each client, acknowledging the collaborative nature of the therapeutic process. I am dedicated to creating a secure and nurturing environment, sensitive to diverse family structures, beliefs, and cultures.
Working together
Sessions are held weekly or fortnightly online. Each session lasts 50 minutes, but I can offer longer sessions for clients I see less frequently.
This first few appointments are consultation sessions, where we will discuss the challenges you are facing, how I work and your desired outcome for therapy. These initial session will allow us both to explore whether we would like to continue working together.
